Before starting … How do our recruitment process look like?

3°/ Finally, if the exploratory interview is positive, you will get an interview with the HRBP and the Hiring Manager!
A Day In The Life:
As an E-Commerce MGR you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative. Your responsibilities will be:
- Create brand animations and total division to generate new shopping moments.
- Negotiations with amazon ads (media) and amazon retail (commercial) about spaces and user experience developments for the category.
- Development of amazon data through tools (amazon tech) and business questions to be solved
- Knowledge of consumer brand and luxury on amazon
- Opportunity detection
Who You Are:
- University graduated or above, preferable in Business, Marketing or related discipline
- You have Between 5 and 8 years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of consumer brand and luxury on amazon
- Experienced with Pure Players platforms
- Knowledge of dynamics/environment and competitors, markets trends and consumers
- Good capacity to negotiate
- Willing to learn, goal-oriented, able to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
