About the role:
Are you driven by commercial excellence, digital growth, and strategic partnerships? As our new E-Commerce Key Account Manager for Allegro (3P Merchants) within PPD, your key mission is to drive sustainable growth, manage key merchant relationships, and oversee commercial and activation strategies. You will bridge commercial negotiation with end-to-end e-commerce execution, working hand-in-hand with 3P operator Blisspoint, internal cross-functional teams, brands, media agency and external digital partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Commercial Leadership: Lead the 3Y strategic plan for Allegro via 3P operator. Lead and negotiate annual agreements, construct annual business goals (Budget / Trends), and develop the Joint Business Plan (JBP) including KPIs justification.
- Activation & Promotional Management: create and negotiate the implementation of the Annual Activation Plan (calendar, support, media) with monthly tracking and handle specific sales events to enhance online visibility and sales performance.
- Media Management: Full ownership of transactional media budget within the marketplace environment, strong collaboration with Media Agency to build brand and multibrand communication strategies across the conversion funnel.
- Performance & Financial Management: Full client performance management (P&L, Sell-Out, Stock In Trade). Analyze sales reports to identify strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunities. Own responsibility for client budgets (OCA & A&P) to generate expected REX.
- Product & Go-To-Market Operations: Manage price agendas, product listings, new launches, and brand initiatives. Define and implement Go-To-Market strategies with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales). Secure product availability, forecasting support, and digital assets presence.
The Profile we are looking for:
- E-Commerce Expertise: Proven experience in E-Commerce Key Account Management, marketplace dynamics (specifically Allegro/3P), digital media activation, and P&L management.
- Execution & Organization: Strong analytical skills, exceptional project management capabilities, and the ability to coordinate multiple complex commercial campaigns simultaneously.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to foster trust with internal stakeholders and external merchant partners.
- Mindset: A strategic, data-driven "can-do" attitude with professional proficiency in English and Polish, plus MS Office.
Main KPIs:
- Commercial Growth: Achievement of net sales, sell-out, and market share targets on Allegro.
- Operational Excellence: On-time execution of promotional calendars, new launches, and pricing updates.
- Financial & Asset Control: Strict adherence to OCA and A&P budgets and healthy P&L delivery (REX).
- Visibility & Content: Flawless product presentation, stock availability, and visibility score on partner touchpoints.
