Job Title: Digital Project Manager / PMO - Post Marketing Safety (6-Month FTC)

About the Role

L’Oréal’s Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Claims, and Microbiology department is looking for a driven and energetic Digital Project Manager / PMO to join its digital transformation team on a 6-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). The project ecosystem is fully established, bringing together internal business experts, data scientists, validation specialists, and external development partners. Your core mission will be to coordinate this ecosystem, maintain a strong delivery momentum, and drive complex cross-functional and international initiatives within Cosmetovigilance (Post Marketing Safety).

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management & Governance (PMO):
  • Lead project planning, track milestones, and maintain a high and steady delivery pace.
  • Facilitate governance rituals, define success metrics, and ensure regular reporting on progress against objectives.
• Multi-Stakeholder & International Coordination:
  • Act as the central orchestrator between diverse internal and external stakeholders, including central business teams, international subsidiaries (such as our key hub in China), and cross-functional technical teams (IT, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Legal).
  • Navigate complex cross-cultural environments, time zones, and communication dynamics to ensure global alignment.
• Ecosystem & Solution Alignment:
  • Coordinate business stakeholders, data scientists, IT developers, and compliance/validation consultants to ensure seamless end-to-end execution without duplicating technical expertise.
  • Oversee solution rollouts and ensure consistency across systems.
• Deployment, Change Management & Agile Practices:
  • Define and drive deployment and change management strategies to guarantee user adoption and process integration.
  • Apply Agile methodologies, anticipate risks, and proactively manage roadblocks to keep the project on track.

Qualifications & Profile

• Education: Master’s or Engineering degree.
• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, PMO, or digital transformation, ideally in complex corporate or tech environments.
• Languages: Fluent English is a must-have (daily interactions with international and multicultural teams).
