The Digital Transformation Lead (Japan) will be responsible for leading the digital transformation initiatives of L’Oréal R&I in Japan. This role requires a strong understanding of digital and data, project management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of R&D processes, lab automation, change management principles and methodologies, as well as a foundation in data science to manage digital transformation.
