A Day in the Life

As the Digital Brand Manager for Garnier, you will be at the heart of our digital strategy, driving the online presence and performance of one of the world's most beloved beauty brands. You will be responsible for creating engaging digital experiences that connect with our consumers and amplify Garnier's commitment to natural and sustainable beauty.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Digital Strategy: Develop and execute the end-to-end digital strategy for Garnier, ensuring alignment with overall brand and businessobjectives.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the creation and implementation of innovative digital campaigns acrosspaid digitalchannels, includingretailmedia, e-commerce, and performancemedia.
  • Agency & Stakeholder Management:Lead relationships with digital and media agency partners, from briefing through to execution. Collaborate cross-functionally with internalteamsto ensure digital activity is integrated across the broader business.
  • Content& PortfolioManagement: Oversee theonline brand expression,includingidentifyoptimalonlineskumix, developing best in class digital shelf, andensuring alltouchpoints are aligned to master brand vision
  • Performance & Analytics: Monitor,analyze, and report on all digital KPIs, using data-driven insights tooptimizeperformance and maximize ROI.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual who can lead Garnier's digital transformation in the Australian market. You are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the digital landscape and a talent for connecting with consumers online.

You're a great match for this role if you have expertise in:

  • Campaign & Content Management: Creating and managing engaging campaigns that resonate with consumers.
  • E-Commerce Analytics & Performance: Using data to drive e-commerce growth and measure success.
  • Traffic & Acquisition: Defining and deploying strategies to attract andretainonline consumers.
  • Digital Project Management: Running complex digital projects from start to finish.
