NEO Region Data Migration & Tech Cutover Lead

About the Role

Join our NEO Regional team as a key leader in our digital transformation journey. As the NEO Region Data Migration & Tech Cutover Lead, you will be at the heart of our SAP deployment strategy. Your mission is to coordinate and prioritize the execution of all activities related to Data Migration and Technical Cutover. You will work closely with Global teams to align on strategy while navigating and integrating local constraints to ensure successful implementations across the region.

Your Mission

Animate & Coordinate: Lead the Data Migration and Tech Cutover activities throughout all NEO phases, collaborating closely with the NEO Entity IT PMO and NEO Entity BPOs.

Strategic Alignment: Act as the bridge between NEO Global teams and local entities, ensuring global inputs are translated into actionable regional plans.

End-to-End Leadership: Oversee the data migration scope across all End-to-End (E2E) processes for the NEO Region deployment.

Main Responsibilities

Deployment Management: Lead and coordinate each phase and activity of the NEO Region deployment specifically for the Data Migration scope.

Strategy Definition: Work as part of the NEO Global team to define the DTM (Data Transformation Manager) strategy across different tribes, entities, and external stakeholders.

Operational Excellence: Ensure the timely management and coordination of all data loads.

Reporting & Governance: Maintain and ensure accurate program reporting to keep all stakeholders informed of progress and risks.

Candidate Profile We are looking for a seasoned IT professional with a strong background in large-scale SAP environments and data management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Direct Experience: Proven experience in Data Strategy within an SAP environment.

Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of the DTM approach, including data cleansing, transformation, loading, and validation processes.

Previous Roles: You have previously held roles such as Data Migration Lead or IT Project Manager.

System Knowledge: Mandatory previous experience with SAP.

Main Expertise: Specialized expertise in SAP Data Migration is essential for success in this role.
