NEO Region Data Migration & Tech Cutover Lead


About the Role

Join our NEO Regional team as a key leader in our digital transformation journey. As the NEO Region Data Migration & Tech Cutover Lead, you will be at the heart of our SAP deployment strategy. Your mission is to coordinate and prioritize the execution of all activities related to Data Migration and Technical Cutover. You will work closely with Global teams to align on strategy while navigating and integrating local constraints to ensure successful implementations across the region.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Deployment Leadership: Direct and coordinate all phases of data migration and technical cutover, collaborating closely with local and global project management offices.
  • End-to-End Data Strategy: Oversee the complete data migration scope—from cleansing and transformation to loading and validation—across all business processes.
  • Strategic Alignment: Function as the primary liaison between global teams and regional entities, translating strategic directives into actionable local plans.
  • Governance & Reporting: Ensure the provision of accurate and timely reporting on project progress, risks, and milestones to all relevant stakeholders.

 

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly experienced IT professional with an established background in leading complex technical projects and a proven capacity for strategic execution. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive Seniority and Project Leadership: A track record of successfully managing large-scale transformation projects, with at least 15 years of relevant experience in roles such as Data Migration Lead or IT Project Manager.
  • SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of SAP data migration strategies and proven experience with S/4HANA in large-scale, complex project environments.
  • Global and Regional Project Experience: Previous experience working within a global IT team to implement major regional projects is essential.
  • Strategic and Analytical Acumen: A demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical challenges, manage diverse stakeholder interests, and drive results within a dynamic corporate environment.
  • Collaborative Influence: The ability to effectively influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographies to achieve strategic objectives.
