Credit Analyst (Strategic Operations & Data Insights)

Your main responsibilities:

·    Enforce the local credit policy with the Credit team and relevant stakeholders

·    Coordinate all credit related activities policy to ensure a clear and risk optimum process for customers and L’Oréal

·    Reporting to Multidivision Credit Manager

 

Your Mission:

·    Credit risk management

·    Manage & analyze credit risk of your customer portfolio

·    Assign Customer Credit Limits and manage local credit insurance

·    Ensure customer credit master data setup is accurate

·    Monitor local credit KPIs and find opportunities to drive improvement

·    Inform internal stakeholders of potential credit issues

·    Credit assessment of new and existing customer accounts

·    Order Validation

·    Manage the blocking and releasing of orders with credit issues

·    Anticipate & act on credit blocks that would impact business results

·    Retrospectively analyze blocked orders & propose improvements

·    Impairment of account receivables

·    Bad Debt customer identification

·    Calculate statistical and customer specific Bad Debt provisions

·    Continuous improvement

·    Enforcement of payment terms

·    Animate favorable ways of payment: direct debit, QR codes, etc. 

· Share best practices with EU Zone countries

·    Use local expertise (tax, legal, etc.) to find local best practices

·    Collaborate closely with the customer facing, order to delivery teams and key business stakeholders involved in the process (sales)

·    Credit KPI’s

·    Customer Accounts Receivables Statutory requirement

·    Untouched Order Rate (credit block)


Your Deliverables:

·    Ensure the proper application of Company Credit Norms and Local Credit Policy

·    Ensure compliance with local legislation

·    Ensure efficient Credit risk management

·    Drive improved KPI’s

 

Skills, Attitude & Knowledge

·    Master’s degree 

·    English (mandatory), Dutch (highly recommended), and French (optional).

·    Delivery excellence
