A Day in the Life

As the Creative Services Manager for NYX Professional Makeup, you will be the central hub for our creative workflow, reporting to the Assistant Vice President. You'll orchestrate projects from start to finish, ensuring our iconic, high-energy brand vision comes to life seamlessly across all touchpoints.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Fostering Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between creative and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Digital, Retail, and Education, as well as external agencies and global markets, to align on timelines and deliverables.
  • Overseeing Production & Assets: Support creative productions like photoshoots, manage the organization and release of creative assets, and handle uploads to our internal systems to ensure global partners have what they need.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative individual who thrives in a dynamic, creative setting. You are a natural problem-solver with a process-driven mindset, capable of motivating teams to meet deadlines.

You are a great fit if you have:

  • A strong background in creative operations and project management, ideally within a fast-paced consumer goods environment.
  • Project Management: A proven ability to manage high-volume creative production and its associated workflows from inception to completion.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
  • Agility & Adaptability: The capacity to react quickly and accurately, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing creative needs.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience managing department budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Campaign & Content Management: A solid understanding of the creative process, including photoshoot production, asset management, and digital workflows.

What’s In It For You

  • Salary Range: $90,200-$153,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level).
  • A place for you to leave your comfort zone and grow beyond your potential (here, you’ll be encouraged to try new things and take risks!).
  • Real responsibility from day 1, there’s no sitting on the sidelines at L’Oréal.
