A Day In The Life:
As a Sell Out Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our brands and the points of sale for our Luxury Division, you will represent our prestigious brands at the point of sale in Monterrey, ensuring that our luxury products are showcased and sold with the excellence and sophistication they deserve. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will collaborate with marketing, trade, and retail teams to deliver an elevated customer experience and drive sales performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sell Out Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to maximize sell-out performance for luxury brands, ensuring the seamless implementation of premium campaigns and exclusive promotions.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with store teams, providing training on luxury product knowledge, storytelling, and high-touch service techniques.
- Market Insights: Monitor and analyze sales performance, consumer behavior, and competitor activities in Monterrey to identify opportunities and propose actionable recommendations.
- Visual Merchandising Excellence: Ensure flawless product presentation and adherence to luxury visual merchandising standards, creating a premium shopping experience.
- Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to empower store staff with the expertise to deliver a luxury-level customer experience.
