We are looking for a talented individual to join L'Oréal Warsaw Plant as a:

Continuous Improvement Leader

You will be responsible for: 

• Guarantees efficient and compliant execution of processing operations in the plant,  ensuring also coherence and appropriate deployment of standards. 
• Leads and support more complex improvement projects taking place in the plant. 
• Analyze available data and identify opportunities for improvement across the site; assesses feasibility and expected impact.
• Supports and challenges production engineers in deploying standards and driving performance improvements.
• Promotes and animates a mindset of continuous improvement, empowering operators, technicians, and managers across the site.
• Provide training to employees on operational excellence concepts, tools and methodologies.
• Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instruction.
• Contributes actively to L’Oreal community (DGO, other plants) ensuring conformity to standards, sharing and cascading best practices from other sites.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Strong Continues Improvement expertise in manufacturing and equipment operation.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and process optimization within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to analyze and act upon production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Proactive approach and well-developed skills in troubleshooting and root cause analysis. 
• Strong ability to communicate and present results effectively.
• Readiness to work in a dynamic, international work environment.
• Experience in people leadership and team development will be considered an additional asset.
