ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Consumer Market Insights Graduate Trainee, you'll be an integral part of the CMI team, uncovering the insights that drive brand strategy, product innovation, and business growth. You'll work with consumer, market, and competitive data to help answer key business questions and ensure the voice of the consumer is at the heart of every decision.

You'll:

• Support the design, execution, and analysis of consumer and market research projects.
• Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify actionable insights.
• Transform data into compelling presentations and recommendations for cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital, Commercial, and Product Development teams to support strategic business decisions.
• Contribute to ad hoc insight requests and help identify emerging opportunities in the beauty market.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful business insights.
• Curiosity about consumer behavior, market trends, and the beauty industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS & DETAILS

• You must be in your final year of university or be a fresh graduate (less than 2 years since graduation).
• You must be available for a 9–12 month internship starting in July 2026.
