Your mission

As a Consumer Insight Manager, you will play a pivotal role in increasing consumer centricity within our organization. You will be responsible for conducting consumer research studies  , delivering insightful and actionable results, and activating consumer insights across our four divisions. Working closely with our agencies, you will ensure the methodology and deliverables are of the highest quality. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Marketing Brand teams and Business Development, to drive brand performance, media strategies, and go-to-market activations. Your expertise in consumer understanding will be instrumental in shaping our organization's learning and facilitating insight activation through presentations and workshops. The position reports to the Nordic Consumer & Market Insights Manager.


You will…

    Conduct consumer research projects in collaboration with agencies.

    Build strong partnerships with divisions to drive the insight and learning agenda.

    Deliver insightful and actionable results from consumer research projects.

    Proactively share powerful consumer understanding with divisions and brand teams.

    Lead digital research tools for social listening and activate learnings and trends.

    Establish effective and efficient business relationships with research agencies. 


You bring…

    Marketing background, preferably in consumer marketing and brand management (FMCG or similar industry).

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in activating consumer and brand studies.

    Passionate and curious about insights.

    Strong analytical skills, incl. ability to transform data into valuable information for business decision-making.

    Excellent interpersonal skills alongside strong communication skills.

    Ability to connect the dots and draw conclusions from multiple data sources.

    Project management skills with the ability to multitask and oversee  deliverables and deadlines.

    Experienced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint .

    Experience in market and consumer research is advantageous but not mandatory.
