About the Internship:

• Gain hands-on experience in the dynamic beauty industry, working directly with our Pharmacy and Farmers sales teams.
• Take charge of impactful projects that support the growth and strategy of our key pharmacy and retail partners.
• Develop your data analysis skills using Excel to track performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaboration & Networking: Collaborate closely with various teams within L'Oréal, including sales, marketing, and education, building a strong professional network.
• Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals, fostering your professional growth within a global beauty leader.
• Deepen your understanding of the beauty industry, L'Oréal's diverse brand portfolio, and the specific dynamics of pharmacy and retail channels.

Must have   

• Availability for an immediate start – this is a 12 month, full time internship
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal. 
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Highly organised and ability to manage deadlines. 
• Confident to network and collaborate with diverse individuals. 
• An open mindset and agility to embrace risks and resilience to navigate uncertainty. 
• Strong focus on data and comfortable working in Excel
