L’Oréal is in a period of growth and transformation in data and is building dynamic and multidisciplinary teams from different backgrounds to deliver on our exciting mission to accelerate the company’s Beauty Tech transformation. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Service Delivery to join our team. The successful candidat will oversee the delivery of cloud services to our internal clients in Americas zone. Your role is to ensure that the cloud solutions provided are meeting the service level agreements and are delivered on time and within budget.

This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as technical knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services. It's important to possess a solid understanding of cloud security, network architecture, and virtualization technologies.

Your key responsibilities include work with the delivery teams and Managed Service Providers, monitoring service performance, and coordinating with internal clients to identify any issues and resolve them promptly. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure that cloud services are integrated effectively into the overall IT infrastructure.

  • Oversee and manage the delivery of cloud services to clients.
  • Communicate with clients regarding service updates, issues, and resolutions.
  • Provide and coordinate technical support and guidance to clients and team members.
  • Monitor and analyze service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and maintained.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service-related issues.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve service delivery.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple service requests and projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud services.
  • Ensure Managed Service Providers maintain focus on quality and continuous delivery.
  • Lead the process and outcomes for resolving issues.
  • Demonstrate appropriate judgment when utilizing internal business resources to solve client needs.
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and security regulations.
  • Track and escalate impediments, manage risks and dependencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related. 
  • Experience working with cloud-based technology, managing IT projects or teams, and implementing service delivery best practices.
  • Have excellent communication skills, organization skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior consulting experience.
  • Strict attention to detail and collaboration capabilities.
  • Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills with an eye for continuous improvement.
  • Confidently makes decisions.
  • Has an eye for closure and renewal needs and methodologies.
  • Resource planning and strong teamwork skills.
  • Strong Knowledge in ITIL Disciplines (Requirements, incidents, changes, problems, services, etc.).
  • Ability to manage conflicts.
  • Operational Ability in a Diverse, Large-scale Environments.
  • More than 4 years of experience in IT industry
  • English (MANDATORY)
