As a Change Manager for the SAPMENA CDAO (Chief Data & Analytics Office) team, you will be instrumental in embedding a data-centric culture across the entire zone. You will design and execute change management strategies that accelerate the adoption of new data and analytics practices across all functions, divisions, and markets. This is a chance to drive a significant transformation that enhances business performance through data.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with leaders and teams across the SAPMENA region to communicate the vision, benefits, and requirements of our data transformation journey.
  • Driving Tool Adoption: Champion the use of new BI and AI tools, creating strategies to increase user engagement, frequency of use, and the habit to take data-driven decisions.
  • Behavioral Transformation: Lead initiatives to shift mindsets and behaviors, encouraging the integration of data exchange principles into negotiations with vendors and retailers.
  • Strategic Integration: Foster the habit of including data leaders in all discussions around new processes and tools, ensuring they are designed for future analytical capabilities.

  • Demonstrated experience in Change Management, particularly within a data, tech, or business transformation context.
  • Exceptional Influence & Advocacy skills to inspire action and build consensus across diverse teams and leadership levels.
  • Strong Strategic Project Management capabilities to plan, execute, and measure the impact of change initiatives.
  • Solid Business Acumen, with an understanding of how data and analytics drive commercial success.
  • Excellent Communication & Storytelling abilities to articulate a clear and compelling vision for change.
