A Day in the Life

As a Category Activation Analyst based in our Melbourne office, you will be a key player in driving the success of our prestigious L'Oréal Luxe brands. You will transform data into powerful insights and help shape the activation strategies that captivate shoppers and grow our market presence across our retail partners.

You will be responsible for:

  • Data-Driven Strategy:Analyzesales data, market trends, and shopperbehaviourtoidentifykey growth opportunities for our luxury categories.
  • Reporting excellence:Accurateandon time reporting, supporting in zone&local initiatives.Report maintenance & integrity,contributing to the continued improvement of local reporting.
  • Activation Support: Assistin developing tailored activation plans,in conjunction with other functions,that enhance the luxury consumer experiencefor both and brands and retailers.
  • Categoryplanning:Support indevelop,frameand drive local category execution,aligning with global /zone vision and fostering cross-functional ways of working.
  • PerformanceInsights: Monitor,analyze, and report on the performance of category initiatives,including Prestige Market deep dives,providing actionable recommendations tooptimizefuture activations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with theCommercial CGO, MarketingBUs, andCMOteams to ensure category strategies are aligned and flawlessly executed across all channels.
