As part of the L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) Division, you will directly influence our mission: to help everyone in their quest for healthy and beautiful skin. We are the world leader in dermocosmetics, boasting a portfolio of iconic brands like La Roche-Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, and SkinCeuticals – all recommended by dermatologists and healthcare professionals worldwide. The Opportunity: Business Development Manager – SkinCeuticals
We are seeking an inspirational and driven Business Development Manager for our premium medical skincare brand, SkinCeuticals, to cover the Munster & Leinster regions. This is a unique opportunity to grow a leading brand within the aesthetics industry, working autonomously and driving significant impact.
What You'll Do:
Drive Sales Growth: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within private clinics, medical spas, pharmacies, drugstores, and e-retailers.
Cultivate Key Relationships: Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with medical accounts, including Doctors, Plastic Surgeons, and Dermatologists.
Educate and Inspire: Act as a passionate educator, delivering comprehensive product training and sharing industry insights with healthcare professionals and their teams.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement robust territory plans to maximize time in the field, achieve ambitious sales targets (KPIs), and consistently exceed goals.
Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations within the aesthetics and dermatology sector, positioning SkinCeuticals as the leading choice.
Commercial Acumen: Apply strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills to secure profitable partnerships and drive market share.
What We're Looking For – You Have:
A strong, established network of medical contacts within private clinics.
A proven, award-winning sales record, backed by industry recognition.
Direct experience working in the Aesthetics Industry and/or Dermatology.
Exceptional commercial acumen supported by strong negotiation skills.
A genuine passion for educating others and sharing knowledge.
The ability to listen actively and interact effectively with diverse interpersonal styles, communicating clearly and concisely.
