A Day in the Life
As the Business Consultant for Kerastase and L’Oréal Professional you report to the Regional Manager and join L’Oréal Professional Products Division to support salon partners across South East Victoria. You will combine education, commercial support and territory execution to drive Kerastase and L’Oréal Professional growth and salon business performance.
- Commercial Development: Build business plans with salons, drive sell-out, and identify growth opportunities.
- Education & Coaching: Deliver salon workshops, upskill teams on product range, services and retail routines.
- Client Relationships & Influence: Establish trusted partnerships with salon owners, managers and stylists; influence assortment and promotion decisions.
- Territory Execution & Reporting: Manage account activation calendars, track KPIs, monitor stock and provide regular performance insights.
We Are Looking For
You are a commercial-minded, results-oriented professional who enjoys advising and developing salon businesses. You will be customer-focused, practical and able to influence diverse stakeholders.
