Calling all innovators, creators, and entrepreneurs!  Are you between 18 and 30, brimming with ideas, and passionate about the future of technology?  L'Oréal Brandstorm 2025 is your chance to make a real impact!

The Challenge:

Team up with two other brilliant minds and reimagine the male beauty and care experience. In partnership with L'Oréal's Consumer Products Division, we challenge you to develop a ground-breaking device, product, or service that addresses the evolving needs of men.

Your Mission:

  • Men at the Forefront:  Deep dive into the male beauty landscape. Identify unmet needs, challenge traditional norms, and uncover the vast opportunities within this dynamic market.
  • Tech as Your Weapon: Leverage technology – data, digital tools, augmented reality, and Generative AI – to create truly innovative solutions.
  • Inclusivity & Sustainability: Design with purpose. Ensure your creations are inclusive, catering to the diverse needs of all men, and prioritize sustainable practices.

  • International Grand Prize:
    • All-expenses-paid trip to L'Oréal HQ in Paris* to pitch your idea to an executive jury, including the President of the L'Oréal Consumer Products Division. (*Travel expenses covered).
    •  The Winning Team members will start with three (3) months mission at the L’ORÉAL 

      Global Headquarters in Paris to study the feasibility of the project. Then, the Winning Team members will 

      be engaged as “Management Trainees” (permanent contract) upon finalizing their studies in one of L’ORÉAL head-offices

Timeline:

  • Gameplay (Registration & Submission Deadline): March 17th
    • Form a team of 3.
    • Submit a 3-slide pitch deck (PPT or PDF) outlining your innovative idea.
    • Submit a 3-minute video (MP4) introducing your team and answering five pre-defined questions based on L'Oréal's dimensions of potential.
  • Local Selection: Between submission deadline and announcement of local finalists.
  • Local Final: Date varies by market. Finalists pitch their ideas at L'Oréal's local HQ.
  • Mentoring: Between Local Final and June 2025. Local winners receive expert mentoring.
  • International Finals: June 2025 in Paris.

Evaluation Criteria:

  • Project: Innovation, Sustainability, Inclusivity, Feasibility, Scalability.
  • Team: Judgment, Resilience, Ambition, Empathy, Learning Agility.
