Join our Nordic Marketing team in Copenhagen for a one-year graduate program. Work with our iconic beauty brands in the Professional Products Division, Kérastase, L’Oréal Professionnel, and Shu Uemura, gaining experience in marketing areas from analytics to content creation and project management. Collaborate on B2B and B2C projects, online and offline, developing skills in project and stakeholder management. Your mission:
As a Graduate, you will be actively involved in various aspects of our team's mission. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Activation & Execution Assistance:
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of sell-out activation strategies, such as sampling campaigns, gift-with-purchase (GWP) offers, and promotional bundles.
- Assist in the coordination of brand events and the optimization of our digital brand presence.
- Support the roll-out of new store expansions and upgrades by assisting with project tracking and coordination.
- Performance Reporting & Analysis:
- Help track and report on B2C performance, sharing key results and learnings with the wider brand and channel teams.
- Assist in monitoring the ROI (Return on Investment) of transactional media and marketing packages.
- Support the monitoring of product performance at the SKU level, sales data, and profitability on e-commerce platforms
- Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:
- Assist in preparing insight-led presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Be a supportive voice for the channel and the brand internally, helping to communicate results and opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Your will:
- Support the team on marketing projects and tasks, depending on business needs.
- Contribute to the development and execution of our marketing strategies.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and assets for different channels.
- Conduct analysis to identify insights upon request, or as part of your projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies
- Take ownership of assigned projects, demonstrating ambition and drive, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Present project updates and findings to the team.
You are…
- Graduated with a Master’s degree in Marketing or Communication within a year
- Passionate about or experienced within the beauty or FMCG industry.
- An excellent communicator
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Highly organized, possessing strong skills in coordination, planning, prioritization, communication, and time management.
- Detail-oriented with a structured and organized approach to your work.
- Be able to handle several task simultaneously – we have a lot of project in the making at the same time
- Be curious, creative and eager to learn
