The Role

The  B2B eShop Manager in L’Oréal Professional Products is responsible to drive eSales and user experience and to ensure the optimal user experience and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities for all L'Oréal Partner Shop (LPS) visitors, with a smooth path to purchase, customer journey and sales funnel. 

 

You will be responsible for

 

Website Management

  • Applies brand assets from Brand team to the LPS site: animations & promotions, product assets, other assets such as banners, stickers, special offers etc. 
  • Merchandise website products and categories based on current and forecasted sales objectives, and website selling data
  • Responsible for testing and integration of new releases to the site from the global team, and requesting enhancements based on country needs to ensure a best-in-class b2b eComm experience.

eSales Management

  • Drive sales, conversion, and manage web KPIs (e.g. category conversion, Average Order Value)
  • Coordinate multi-branded marketing calendar (promotions, timings/priorities) for LPS
  • Execute promotional activities for increasing product purchases, cross-sell and up-sell activities
  • Set-up animations/promotions (back-end) alongside commercial admin and controlling teams and ensure compatibility

Data

  • Consolidate data and results from all sources (CRM Campaigns, Promotions etc.) 
  • Reporting, monitoring & evaluating web analytics, KPIS and provide valuable insights & learnings to increase sales
  • Reports to LPS Business Manager 

 


You have


  • 2-3 years experience in e-commerce, e-Merchandising and/or eSales or digital platforms preferably in FMCGs and Beauty Industry, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent required. Master Equivalent would be a plus.
  • Commercial results orientation with previous working experience on Front and Back end of an eShop 
  • Strong analytical and data management  skills
  • Project Management skills 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Strong knowledge of eShop Content Management Systems (CMS) 
  • Previous experience with SFCC (SalesForce Commerce Cloud) CMS will be considered an asset
  • Hands-on knowledge and experience on coding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience on SEO tools and strategy implementation   
  • Strong understanding of online user behavior
