B2B E-commerce Performance and Insight Manager, L’Oréal Professional Products Division

A Day in the Life

Situated within the central CDMO team and reporting to the B2B Director of the Professional Products Division, you will be the strategic link between data and business growth. Your core mission is to transform ecosystem data into actionable strategies that directly drive business growth across our e-commerce platform live in 40+ countries, L’Oréal Partner Shop (LPS), and our Global Learning hub, Access , all of it powered by data. 

Your key responsibilities are :

• Strategize & Monitor: You will define the strategic performance framework for the entire B2B ecosystem, creating a holistic view that guides strategic decisions and fuels business growth. 

• B2B Performance: You will define and monitor the KPIs for the entire ecosystem, transforming complex data into a clear performance narrative that guides strategic decisions and fuels business growth. 

• Analyze & Generate Insights: You will build a single source of truth from all platform data, uncovering deep insights to inform product development, activation strategies, and new commercial opportunities. 

• Test & Activate: You will lead a strategic A/B testing roadmap, ensuring insights are scaled globally to optimize the user journey and maximize commercial impact. 

• Management & Stakeholder Alignment: You will manage and animate the global B2B performance community, ensuring strong alignment with zones, brands, and technical teams to achieve shared business objectives and foster a data-centric culture 

We Are Looking For

You are a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset, skilled at bridging the gap between technical data and business objectives. We are looking for someone with :

• A highly experienced profile with 8+ years in e-commerce or digital platforms, with a focus on translating insights into business growth. 

• An analytical ability to transform complex data from multiple platforms (especially GA4) into clear commercial recommendations. 

• Proven expertise in E-commerce, Data & Analytics, and Consumer Journey Mapping. 

• Strong skills in Performance Measurement, defining and monitoring KPIs to drive strategic decisions and optimize the user journey.

Stakeholder Management : The ability to lead and unite a global community of experts, ensuring alignment across various teams and markets

• Fluency English and French (a plus) is required for this global role.
