- Education, Qualifications, Skills And Experience:
Master or Doctor degree in biological science or medical science, or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years’ experience in clinical operations, specialized in dermatology, aesthetic procedure, plastic surgery, or related fields, with a strong track record of conducting clinical studies and trials.
In-depth knowledge of aesthetic procedures, including injectables, lasers, devices, and other non-surgical treatments.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines related to clinical research and aesthetic procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze clinical data.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex medical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an international cross-functional team environment.
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
Good ability to learn and to adapt to work with IT systems , proficiency in relevant software applications and electronic medical record systems.
