Advocacy & Influence Lead (m/f)

YOUR ROLE:

We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be part of our Consumer Products Division, having the chance to work for the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of Advocacy & Influence Lead requires motivated, agile, and organized person who will be responsible for: 

  • Developing the influencer & advocacy strategy for the Adria Balkan region, for both love and paid influence; cascading the strategy down to the 3 category teams that work with influencers, sharing best practices and learnings from the European group level to help teams execute on the strategy.
  • Accelerating consumer engagement, driving brand love and cultural relevance locally.
  • Mastering influencer market understanding for the Adria Balkan region, basing strategic recommendations on data, market & consumer insights, in line with multi-division and division priorities.
  • Being the division champion for strategic advocacy projects, leading exciting brand cause/ brand love projects & events, collaborating with the full cross-functional team, working with key opinion leaders and NGOs as needed.
  • Setting and driving key performance indicators (KPIs), establishing or adapting procedures and reporting as needed.
  • Guiding the development of high value analysis on ROI, efficiency and spend.
  • Facilitating the creation and sharing of best practices with all of Europe teams to drive innovative A&I initiatives to fuel growth.
  • Driving Advocacy & Influence enablers: key digital tools & analysis dashboards that make it easy for our Advocacy managers to deliver on their objectives.
  • Upskilling your division continually, including all business partner teams to enable Advocacy & Influence success.
  • Nurturing the growth and development of your category Advocacy & Influence managers.

THE IDEAL PROFILE:

  • Preferably holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • Has at least 5 years of experience in similar fields
  • Has experience of managing a team 
  • Can develop and execute successful data-driven marketing, advocacy or digital strategies & campaigns 
  • Is able to connect advocacy initiatives to broader business goals 
  • Is data driven and has excellent analytical skills 
  • Has strong interpersonal and communicational skills 
  • Is detail oriented and able to meet deadlines 
  • Works with responsibility and autonomy
  • Is skilled in MS Office 
  • Speaks Serbian and English fluently
