What You Will Do:
The Invoice to Cash Lead will lead and oversee all Credit, Deductions, and Cash Application functions within the Omnichannel Customer Supply Chain organization. This position will set strategic directions and oversee all work related to Credit, Deductions, and Cash Application functions. This position will build strong partnerships with cross functional teams and executive leadership, deliver against key payment and financial metrics, and guide initiatives focused on efficient processes. This position will lead, develop, and inspire talent to build best-in-class teams.
Develop the strategy and vision of the Credit, Deductions, and Cash Application functions
Provide strategic direction and guidance to leads for Credit, Deductions, and Cash Application functions, to ensure all functional objectives are met
Direct Credit, Deductions, and Cash Application operations, and drive resolution of escalated risks and issues
Drive and implement continuous improvement across Omni organization
Partner closely with customers, business stakeholders, and business divisions to identify areas of opportunity and mitigate risks to the business
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree
15+ years of related business experience (Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain)
At least 5 years of leadership and team management experience
Understanding of core Order to Cash processes, including Credit, Supply Chain Deductions, Trade Deductions, and Cash Application, and interdependencies with other businesses and functions
Demonstrated experience managing and developing a high performing team
Ability to understand the impact of decisions across the organization
Ability to effectively communicate and influence all levels within the organization
Proven ability to identify and drive continuous improvement
Requires strong judgement and frequent decision making
Guide corporate decisions and strategic direction, as it relates to Credit, Deductions, and Cash Application functions
This position can be based in our Clark, NJ, South Brunswick, NJ or Cranbury, NJ offices and will follow our Hybrid Work policy.
