A Day in the Life

You will drive the technical execution for the L’Oréal GPT and some of our Employee AI Workstation products at So Tech. Working alongside a co-lead, you are the structural anchor of the pod — the one who ensures the architecture is sound, secure, and reliably delivered.

• Own the rigorous execution of our technical architecture (including AI Gateway and MCP Gateway) with minimal need for supervision. 
• Enforce strict quality and security standards equally across all components, ensuring full compliance with Key IT Controls and AI Guardrails. 
• Anticipate technical risks and system vulnerabilities deliberately, stopping issues before they become live incidents. 
• Deconstruct complex skills-agent architecture problems into clear, logical steps. 
• Take absolute ownership of technical debt, code quality, and delivery commitments. 
• Step in to troubleshoot and resolve deep technical issues when the system requires it.

The pressure of multi-project delivery is high here. You won't rely on charisma to get things done — you will succeed through undeniable technical discipline, focus, and an ability to hold the line on technical priorities without getting distracted.

• Tech and Data Architecture Design: Alongside our transversal architect, you design robust, secure architectures and ensure seamless integration in the L’Oréal IT landscape. 
• Problem Solving: Rigorously analyzing complex issues and operating efficient technical solutions. 
• Prioritization: Maintaining strict focus on core technical priorities despite competing project pressures. 
• Tech Service Delivery: Managing tech releases and deployments with consistent standards. 
• Critical Thinking: Anticipating risks and making reasoned, deliberate technical judgments.
