A Day in the Life
As the Advocacy & Influence (A&I) Manager for our Luxe Division, you will be the architect of our brand's voice and presence in the market. You will craft compelling narratives and build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), media, and content creators to drive brand desire and market share. This is a chance to make a significant impact by blending creative storytelling with data-driven strategy.
In this role, you will:
- Shape Brand Stories: Develop and execute end-to-end A&I strategies, creating personalized angles and communication briefs that resonate with the unique persona of each KOL and creator.
- Drive Strategic Engagement: Identify, build relationships with, and manage a diverse portfolio of KOLs, from mega-influencers to niche creators, ensuring they align with our brand's luxury identity.
- Lead Impactful Events: Oversee the full scope of PR, media, and KOL events, from initial concept and budget management to on-the-ground execution with agencies and event organizers.
- Master Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze performance metrics like Share of Influence (SOI) to inform your strategy, manage budgets effectively, and translate engagement data into measurable business results.

- Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with KOLs and media.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage events and campaigns from start to finish.
- Excellent storytelling and communication abilities to create engaging content briefs.
- Analytical mindset to manage budgets and connect influence metrics to business objectives.
- A keen sense of the luxury market and an eye for identifying emerging trends and talent.
