Your missions

As a member of the Data team, your objectives will be concrete and your responsibilities stimulating. You will actively participate in:

- Data & Analytics: Design and maintain dynamic PowerBI dashboards to track our global recruiting KPIs. You will also act as the team's go-to expert for complex data manipulation in Excel to prepare datasets for AI analysis.

- Data Quality Management: You will monitor data integrity across our systems, ensuring our AI tools are learning from accurate and reliable information.

- AI & Automation Innovation: Research and test "Agentic" AI workflows to automate tasks. You will pilot these new tools with recruiters, gathering feedback to optimize the experience.

- Community management: Engage with the TA Tech super user community worldwide through monthly meeting, weekly updates and testing new features. Explore their day-to-day activities to understand where we could create improvements.

Your profile:


We are looking for curious and collaborative individuals who are eager to make an impact.

For this role, we are particularly interested in your potential and skills in:

• Education : You are a Master’s student (Bac+4/5) at an engineering school, university, or specialized school

• Data Savvy: You turn complex data into clear, actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.

•  AI-Interest: You have a strong interest in AI, LLM and GenAI.

• Learning Agility: You learn and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment, especially when it comes to new technologies.

• Innovation Mindset: You enjoy exploring, testing new tools, and challenging existing processes to find creative solutions.

• Operational Excellence: You are detail-oriented and ensure quality and accuracy in everything you do.

• Stakeholder Management: You can collaborate effectively with various teams to drive projects forward and ensure their adoption

•  Tools: You master Excel at an Advanced Level, and a good knowledge of PowerBI.

•  Languages: You are fluent in English. French is a plus.

  1. Recruiter Interview (25 mins): to introduce yourself and discuss the position & L'Oréal Group.
  2. Meeting with your potential future manager (45 mins): to discuss the specific missions of the role.
