A Day in the Life
In this unique dual-brand role, you will be pivotal in shaping the global voice for two of our iconic fragrance houses, Atelier Cologne and Maison Margiela. You'll be responsible for designing and deploying innovative 360° communication strategies that elevate brand imagery and drive business impact across all channels.
- 360° Strategy & Activation (Atelier Cologne): You will define and implement the comprehensive Social, Advocacy, and Influence strategy, orchestrate global seeding programs, manage high-profile brand events, and lead end-to-end content productions.
- Social Media & Brand Image (Maison Margiela): You will own the Social Media strategy, sharpening brand perception through curated content, orchestrating the aesthetic of our owned channels, and collaborating with markets to support key launches.
- Performance & Analytics: You will leverage data to measure the business impact and ROI of all communication efforts, deliver performance reports to management, and use insights to optimize future strategies.
- Innovation & Collaboration: You will drive innovation by piloting new platforms, lead relationships with key agencies, and inspire local markets by providing thought leadership in the communications space.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking a strategic and creative communications expert with a strong vision for building brands in the digital age. You are comfortable navigating a complex global environment and using data to make informed decisions.
Your profile includes:
- Extensive experience in 360° digital communication, from influencer marketing and PR to eventing and social media.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A solid understanding of the North Asia market is highly valued.
- You are familiar with agile project management methodologies.
