A Day in the Life
As a Talent Acquisition Manager reporting to the HRD of L'Oreal Saudi Arabia, you will be an important player in building L'Oréal's future in the Kingdom. You will work closely with the TA Director MENA based in Dubai, partnering with hiring managers across all four divisions (Consumer Products, Luxe, Professional Products, and Dermatological Beauty) to attract and onboard top talent. This role offers a unique opportunity to support recruitment strategies, build relationships, and contribute to L'Oréal's growth in a dynamic market.
- Candidate Attraction & Selection: You will develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, focusing on experienced hires. You will screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the offer process.
- Candidate Experience: You will ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
- Campus Relations & Employer Branding: You will build and maintain strong relationships with universities and other educational institutions in KSA to promote L'Oréal as an employer of choice. You will also contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance L'Oréal's reputation as a top employer.
- Stakeholder Management: You will collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for talent acquisition. You possess strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian job market. You are fluent in Arabic and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You have 3-5 years of active Talent Acquisition experience. Saudi Nationals are encouraged to apply.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business needs and how talent acquisition contributes to organizational success.
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Proven ability to identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing recruitment data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and improve processes.
- HR Tools & Processes: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies. Knowledge of best practices in recruitment processes.
- Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives to attract and engage candidates.
- Candidate Experience Management: Commitment to providing a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- EVP Activation & University Relations: Build strong relationships with universities and other educational institutions.
- Skills & Talent Assessment: Expertise in using various assessment methods to evaluate candidates' skills and competencies.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
