About the Role

As a Management Trainee, you’ll take ownership of strategic projects, work alongside senior leaders, and build capabilities that drive meaningful impact across our business.

What You’ll Do

Lead workstreams across Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or Sales. Analyze market data and consumer insights to develop strategies that influence business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that shape brand performance. Present recommendations to senior leadership and contribute to Pakistan’s beauty industry transformation.

What We’re Looking For
Final-year students or recent graduates with up to 2 years of work experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision making. Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to present complex ideas clearly. Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
