A Day in the Life
As a Scientific Lead in New Clinical Development, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, shaping the future of clinical studies for dermatological projects. Reporting to the R&I leadership, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate cutting-edge methodologies and technologies into clinical study designs. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Clinical Study Coordination: Oversee and ensure compliance of clinical studies with scientific and regulatory standards.
• Evaluation of New Clinical Approaches: Introduce innovative methodologies and digital solutions to optimize study designs.
• Strategic Clinical Development: Define a forward-looking vision for clinical advancements, leveraging emerging technologies.
• Collaborative Technology Integration: Partner with internal teams (clinical, data management, regulatory affairs) to align strategies and ensure seamless project execution.

We Are Looking For
You’re a great match if you have:

• A PhD in Skin Biology, Pharmacy, or Dermatology, with expertise in clinical evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of skin and/or scalp biology.
• Experience in transversal and project management, ideally in the cosmetic or dermatology industry.
• Creativity and openness to new technologies, including digital solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
