• omni-channel business: Optimize the effective of omni-channel business, including new retail, omni-channel life cycle management and etc…

1. Pain point investment:
• Problem & solution finding: Work cross functional to identify their business problems and pain point to develop the right approach and solution.
• Project management: Independently lead social&omni-channel projects by identifying business opportunities, defining project scope, applying appropriate problem solving structure.

2. social experience:
• strategy support: Work closely with business/JV Team to support and implement social media strategies and tactics across their social media platforms (WeChat / Weibo/ Little Red Book/ TikTok and etc.), in line with their social media plan
• Contents management: Collaborate with brand and community team to generate and design creative and compelling social contents and campaigns to drive consumer engagement and convert existing and potential guests and to grow brand awareness and maximize social influence. Contents include and not limited to personalized product recommendation, education editorials, user generated contents, creative shooting or short videos, WeChat mini-program.
• Collaborate skill: Collaborate with other functional teams to formulate, support and execute social media campaigns.
• Playbook governance: Development of social media playbooks and advising on social media governance, social engagement practices and content development
• Tracking report: Planning for performance reports and account analysis ,suggesting social media KPI and ROI metrics, monitoring regular social engagement reports and suggestions for actions
• Information monitor: Regularly monitor social media trends, market insights, explore new digital media platform and tools, and competitor information acquirement;
• Customer understanding: Understand customer profile from social perspective, generating consumer insights for future business evolving;
• Search engine management: in charge of all paid advertising campaigns on google, baidu as well as other search, display and retargeting marketing engines.
