What are we looking for? 

We are looking for a Regional E-Commerce Platform Lead Manager to be accountable for the growth of our brand across our online retailers and develop differentiated plans for them. And to make sure we have the right consumer/shopper engagement plans, channel strategy, pricing strategy and promo plans to land our ambitions for each retailer and truly understand the shopper; liaise with online Brand Manager in the account and to look after our brand hierarchy and track campaign regularly to make sure we keep improving our performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be an expert on the platform building a formidable relationship to drive agreed business growth and turnover
  • Responsible for business and market development and scope out opportunities for growth and key initiatives to leverage category growth and market share
  • Lead  the activation key launches, campaigns and collaborations on the platform with partnership from marketing and digital teams for impactful brand presence leading to business growth
  • Ensure right presence on brands across top SKUs to ensure discoverability, build customer experience through brand stores and product page details and compelling reasons to drive purchase
  • Build market intelligence and competitive landscape mapping
  • Support local markets growth by building winning strategies in key categories (skin, make-up and hair color) and drive star products for BAU and Mega Campaigns
  • Provide data driven insights and regular reporting that support agile decision making for the markets and the region
  • Upskilling the market e-commerce teams on key capabilities that drive e-commerce ambition

The ideal candidate should have:

       At least 7-10 years of working experience in relevant Ecommerce and commercial & customer management
       Experience in managing platforms such as Shopee and Lazada in Asean + few markets in North Asia
       Leadership: Strategic Vision & Drive
       Structured & Analytical and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
