A Day in the Life As the Product Manager for Maybelline's iconic Eye portfolio, you will be the strategic force behind legendary franchises like Sky High and Lash Sensational. You will orchestrate high-impact launches and sustain stellar growth through deep product, market, and consumer expertise, directly contributing to Maybelline’s market leadership in Canada.

  • Market & Strategy Leadership: You will gather and analyze consumer, market, and competitor insights, monitoring social media trends to make agile, proactive recommendations that steer the future direction of the brand.
  • Portfolio & Launch Management: You will manage blockbuster product launches, maintain the dominance of our core hero franchises, and strategically optimize the back-catalog to maximize productivity.
  • Integrated Marketing & Digital Activation: You will design and execute cutting-edge, digital-first marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on social activation, influencer marketing, and high-visibility retail immersion.
  • Cross-Functional Business Management: You will collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, and agency partners to ensure flawless execution, while managing the portfolio’s budget and sales forecasts with precision.

We Are Looking For You are a strategic and agile marketer with a deep understanding of the fast-moving beauty landscape. You thrive in a digital-first environment and have a knack for turning social media trends into commercial success. We are looking for someone who can:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour, especially in the makeup category.
  • Develop and execute a strategic brand vision, balancing investment between protecting iconic products and fueling new launches.
  • Excel at designing and implementing innovative digital campaigns that drive viral engagement and consumer loyalty.
  • Manage fast-paced projects with rigorous timeline tracking and budget optimization.
  • Foster seamless collaboration across marketing, sales, and external partners to drive collective success.

You are bilingual in English and French.
