A Day in the Life As the Marketing Specialist for SkinBetter Science, you will be a key driver in our brand's rapid growth in Canada. You'll join our dynamic L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty team in Montreal, reporting to the Marketing Manager, and play a crucial role in a pilot brand for the world. This is your chance to make a tangible impact by shaping how we connect with clinics and consumers.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Drive Brand Animation: Design and execute a 360° promotional and event strategy for top clinics, analyzing market trends and financial viability to create compelling offers.
  • Lead GWP & Merchandising Strategy: Manage the "Gift With Purchase" program and always-on marketing materials (brochures, brand books) from sourcing and budget management to supplier negotiation and post-mortem analysis.
  • Support In-Clinic Excellence: Coordinate and support all in-clinic events to drive sell-out and strengthen our partnerships with over 1000 clinics in Canada.
  • Gather Market Insights: Act as the voice of the customer by collecting feedback through clinic visits and questionnaires to inform our future strategies.


We Are Looking For You are the ideal candidate if you are a creative and analytical thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to manage projects from start to finish. We are looking for someone with:

  • Retail / Trade Activation: A good understanding of how to build and execute promotional plans and in-person events that drive sales and engagement in a clinical or retail environment.
  • Campaign & Content Management: The ability to develop 360° activation plans and create engaging marketing materials that are consistent with brand identity.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets simultaneously, from conception to execution.
  • Data Analytics: The ability to track, analyze, and report on the success of your campaigns to make data-driven decisions and present clear post-mortem reports.
  • Business Acumen: A keen sense of market trends, financial viability, and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales and finance teams to achieve business goals.
