The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and visionary O+O (Online + Offline) Demand and Supply Planning Manager to lead our planning activities for an 18-month project duration. This critical leadership role is responsible for overseeing both demand and supply planning for our O+O business, ensuring optimal customer service while simultaneously optimizing costs and enhancing stock quality. Main Responsibilities:
- Lead O+O Planning Activities for Customer Service, Cost Optimization, and Stock Quality:
- Size the necessary structures and resources, including managing the global budget and operating costs for the demand planning team.
- Coordinate Demand Planning activities to guarantee sales forecast accuracy and actively contribute to business planning.
- Ensure the reliability and accuracy of the product database for all planning processes.
- Coordinate Supply Planning activities, focusing on optimizing flows and procurement parameters.
- Participate actively in projects impacting the Supply Chain, initiated by the DG of Operations, the Supply Chain Manager, and relevant entities.
- Be responsible for the implementation of best practices, the achievement of set objectives, and the piloting and follow-up of improvement plans.
- Coordinate Supply Chain Planning activities with both internal and external stakeholders, effectively relaying industrial constraints.
- Recruit, develop, and manage the planning team, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and continuous development of expertise. Implement necessary organizational changes.
- Contribute to the development and achievement of departmental targets.
- Ensure O+O Sales Forecast Accuracy and Turnover Building:
- Be responsible for catalogue management and actively contribute to its rationalization.
- Manage the quality of sales forecasts with a focus on precision and reliability.
- Manage the global monthly sales forecast process comprehensively.
- Build the baseline forecast, leveraging historical data and market insights.
- Challenge and consolidate sales forecasts for promotions and new launches, as projected by the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Ensure the global sales forecast consistency by building a strong consensus between commercial forecasts, financial trends, and sales history.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of sales forecasting practices.
- For the "professional field expert" (Local Business Owner) aspect: Contribute to the improvement of processes and information systems related to this activity, act as the referent for this role in the country, and animate/train the Supply Chain community on best practices and tools in this area of expertise.
- Ensure Smooth Execution of O+O Planning for Product Availability and Cost Efficiency:
- Build the entity's Supply plan based on validated sales forecasts, the co-packing plan, and optimized stock/supply/procurement parameters.
- Check logistic feasibility through stock equation analysis and engage with Market Supply Logistics (MSL) regarding long-term issues (capacity, demand-capacity gaps).
- Determine stock and supply parameters aligned with objectives for service rate, costs, and global targeted stock levels.
- Manage the replenishment process by evaluating shortage risks and by communicating priorities to the MSL.
- Manage stock levels in accordance with country objectives, analyze obsoletes and slow-movers, and define/implement corrective action plans.
- Decrease shortages through root cause analysis, definition of action plans, and challenging suppliers on expected delivery (MAD) dates for out-of-stock products.
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as out-of-stock rates, service rates, and stock levels, communicating them internally and to the MSL.
- Build the budgeted stock in alignment with stock and supply parameters.
- Participate in the improvement of best practices.
- For the "field expert" (Local Business Owner) aspect: Contribute to the improvement of processes and information systems related to this activity, act as the referent for this job in the country, and animate/train the Supply Chain community on best practices and tools in this area of expertise.
Work Relationship:
- Internal: Supply Chain teams, Division's staff, Zone teams, Market Supply Logistics (MSL), International Distribution Center (IDC), etc.
- External: Forwarders, vendors, and other relevant external partners.

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in demand and supply planning within an international FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment or an e-commerce platform (e.g., Lazada, Shopee).
- Demonstrated experience in people management and team development.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee).
