A Day in the Life

As a Trade Marketing Manager for our Luxe Division, you will be instrumental in bringing our prestigious brands to life in the New Zealand market. Reporting to the Melbourne-based marketing team, you will implement and activate all trade marketing initiatives for our iconic franchises and new product launches, both online and offline. Your mission will be to grow the portfolio's sales, visibility, and market share through strategic execution and flawless in-store presence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing localised brand plans, ensuring all activities align with global brand identity and guidelines.
  • Collaborating closely with commercial, retail, digital, education, and PR teams to create integrated and impactful campaigns.
  • Briefing and guiding our retail and digital teams on visual merchandising, point of sale materials, and online touchpoints to ensure executional excellence.
  • Monitoring sales performance, analysing market trends and competitor activity to unlock new growth opportunities and provide actionable insights.

Someone who can bring our luxury brands to life in a competitive retail landscape. You are self-motivated, an excellent communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can manage multiple projects with precision. You have a strong commercial sense and an eye for detail, particularly in visual merchandising and retail execution.

  • Stakeholder Management: You build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to achieve shared goals.

  • Project Management: You have proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
