The Tester Lead for Operations & Finance will be responsible for leading quality assurance efforts for our critical financial and operational systems, with a strong focus on EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and SAP S/4HANA integrations and functionalities. This role ensures the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of financial data and supply chain processes through comprehensive testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and oversee QA strategies and test plans for EDI transactions and SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD).

· Lead the execution of functional, integration, regression, and performance testing activities for new features, enhancements, and system upgrades.

· Collaborate closely with finance, operations, development, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

· Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution processes for assigned projects.

· Ensure adherence to industry best practices, compliance standards, and internal QA processes.

· Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.

Essential Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

· Proven experience (10+ years) in Quality Assurance with significant exposure to financial systems.

· Strong hands-on experience with EDI testing (e.g., various transaction sets, mapping validation).

· In-depth knowledge and practical experience with SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM) from a QA perspective.

· Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM).

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
