Your main challenges will be:

• Inspirational Leadership: Lead and empower operational personnel on the production lines, driving their development and performance growth based on their skills to ensure the success of the production plan.
• KPI Management: Guarantee the fulfillment of critical indicators: Efficiency, Unit Execution, Adherence to Plan (Respecting what is agreed upon), Quality, and Safety. You will be responsible for monitoring their achievement and implementing effective action plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Manufacturing, Flows, and Safety to ensure fast and effective solutions to any anomalies interfering with finished product delivery commitments and core KPIs.
• Culture of Care: Ensure strict compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), hygiene, health, and safety standards at every workstation.
• Assertive Communication: Act as a bridge between support areas and floor personnel, maintaining a clear and assertive flow of communication regarding indicators and mutual needs.
