A Day in the Life
Based in our Mexico City office, you will be a key player in building our new BEST Talent Acquisition team, a strategic hub designed to revolutionize recruiting across Latin America. You will support the team by focusing on young talent recruitment (interns & apprentices) for the region and assisting local hiring operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
- Strategic Screening & Shortlisting: You will be responsible for CV screening for intern and apprentice positions, delivering high-quality candidate longlists to our Talent Acquisition teams.
- Job Posting Management: You will support the centralized publication of job openings across our platforms, ensuring alignment with our Employer Branding strategy to attract the best talent.
- Digital Transformation: You will contribute to standardizing our ways of working in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Avature, helping to unify processes across LATAM.
- Data Integrity & Candidate Experience: You will support the team by managing job publications and performing regular audits of all open positions and applications. This critical task ensures our system's data is accurate and every candidate receives a timely and professional experience.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for an individual with a strong analytical and digital mindset, who is eager to make an impact. You feel comfortable handling data, learning new systems, and have a high degree of empathy, understanding that behind every application is a person awaiting a response.
- Currently an active student in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and agility skills to manage high volumes of information.
- A proactive and collaborative team player.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish is essential for this regional role.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model from our Mexico City office.
- Intermediate Proficiency in Excel; knowledge in PowerBi is a plus.
