WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead the Supply Chain activities maximizing customer satisfaction while optimizing costs and improving stocks quality through the leading of the Demand & Supply Planning and Supply Chain customer collaboration activities in Luxe Division
• Coordinate the Demand Planning activities in order to guarantee the sales forecasts accuracy and to drive right business and budget planning in coordination with local and regional teams
• Coordinate the Supply planning activities, taking care of the optimization of flows and being responsible for optimizing country stock levels while maximizing service
• Size the structure and necessary resources in an alignment with business strategies
• Responsible for Budget & Trend construction
• Lead and follow the Key Performance Indicators and define improvements plan (customer satisfaction, service level, forecast accuracy, stock days, bad stock rate)
• Be responsible for the implementation of best practices, the achievement of objectives. Pilot and follow the progress of improvement plans
• Coordinate the Supply Chain Planning activities with the internal and external actors and relay the industrial constraints to them
• Coordinate the S&OP processes between the Business Unit and the different partners
• Lead and develop demand, supply and customer collaboration teams and taking care of the transfer of know-how and of the development of expertise
• Represent the supply chain function in Luxe division management committee and Luxe division in Supply Chain management committee to deliver business and organization growth 

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• 4 years’ university degree
• At least 10 years of experience in supply chain operations
• Team management experience 
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills 
• Good communication & Negotiation skills
• Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
• Curious, enthusiastic, rigorous
• Advanced level of MS Office Applications
• Excellent communication skills in English
