YOUR KEY MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are transforming IT to pivot to this Beauty Tech ambition accelerating and laying down the right Tech foundations & capabilities. Together we are building the IT of the Future.

To enable Beauty Tech, while operating in an extremely challenging environment, the IT organization needs to constantly adapt and be strongly connected with new market trends and structural shifts. With that in mind, our IT organization must demonstrate flexibility and resilience, agility, and proximity to the markets, while delivering globally at scale with efficiency and customer and employee centricity.

L’Oréal has launched an IT Transformation Program to support the Beauty Tech ambition.

As part of it, we have defined one stream dedicated to standardize & harmonize the processes across the group.

All these processes are digitized into the ServiceNow platform, the biggest L’Oréal platform, used by more than 10,000 daily Business & IT users. 

Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is one of the products of the ServiceNow Platform, beside 3 other products: IT Service Management (ITSM), Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Risk, Compliance and Security Operation (RCSO)

SPM key objective is to digitize and standardize all the IT business management process (ITBM) from Idea collection to solution delivery within L’Oréal.

It includes IDEA management, DEMAND management, PPM (Project, Program, Portfolio Management), DEFECT management, RESOURCE Management, AGILE & PRODUCT management, RELEASE management.

In terms of organization, the Group SPM Product owner, who belongs to the Group CIO Office & Transformation Team, is in charge for the overall SPM Strategy & Roadmap while the worldwide ITBM Community members are in charge for the activation & adoption of the SPM product within their related scope.

Working within the Indian Tech Hub CIO Office & Transformation Team and in collaboration with the SPM Product Owner belonging to the Group CIO Office & Transformation, you will make sure the SPM product meets the expectations of both strategic and operational India Tech Hub stakeholders.

Main activities:

  • Ownership of ITBM processes & associated KPI's that enable the effectiveness of our Demand & Delivery processes.
    • Actively engage with Global ITBM/IT4IT Community to align on and implement ITBM roadmaps
    • Align with Group SPM Product owner and local stakeholders to maintain and improve ITBM Governance KPIs
    • Maintain and improve Project Data quality
    • Recommend/align on ITBM related improvements and enhancements
    • Actively participate and drive the rollout of new and improvements to ITBM modules and processes (including AI, Gen AI & Agentic capabilities)
    • Actively participate in the rollout and improvements to global and local Power BI and ServiceNow dashboards and reports
  • ITBM Support and Training 
    • Contribute to trainings & materials design to support change across all zones and business platforms and foster user onboarding
    • Provide continuous ServiceNow platform and process Run support and training to IT users on an as needed basis
    • Organize periodic ITBM training events on existing processes as well as new/improved modules and processes
    • Onboard new team members
  • Animate Project/Program/Product Management communities 
    • Organize and animate Project/Program/Product Management community meetings on a regular basis
    • Organize and animate CIO Office & Transformation and Project/Program/Product community alignment meetings

REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience as a SPM/ITBM Lead or in Agile team,
  • Product mindset (including agile methodology and Design thinking approach)
  • Ability to collect, synthesize and challenge business needs,
  • Ability to lead workshops (needs collection/challenge etc.),
  • Capacity to operate and customize a change management strategy adapted for strategic and operational stakeholders.
  • Capacity to set a data driven approach (Users insights analysis etc.…)

 

Technical skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow SPM is a plus,
  • Experience with tools: ServiceNow or equivalent, PowerBI, 
  • Mastery of Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel).
