Job Title – Sr. Document Control Specialist
Location: North Little Rock, AR
Reports To: Sr. Manager, Quality Assurance

What You Will Do: To ensure the efficient and accurate distribution of technical documentation from DGO, R&I, and Technical Packaging to the plant. This role is responsible for the release of finished products and the comprehensive entry and maintenance of quality master data to support plant operations.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong MS Excel skillset required.
  • SAP Experience preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task many projects simultaneously.
  • Must be able to anticipate needs and work proactively.
  • Must have strong analytical skills.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work without supervision.

The functions of Sr. Document Control include, but are not limited by the following:

  • Systems Navigation & Release: Daily use of SAP, Flexnet, and DGO Quality External Site; Daily release of Finished Goods through the SAP Lot Dossier System; Investigate delays or issues with releases; Block or release finished goods within Fusion when necessary.
  • Document Management: Maintain knowledge and understanding of the Quality manual and Methods (CDCs); Manage OFF / FP (PIF) / SP / Annulled OFF and FIL Code Documents; Distribute DGO Documents to internal personnel; Maintain the DGO Mailbox and email distribution rules.
  • Material Master Data: Creation and maintenance for Raw Materials, Bulk (Tracking Sheets/BOM Creation), Components (Code De Base - ZCB), and Finished Goods (Grouping Codes/BOM Review/FIL Code Review).
  • Inspection Plan (IP) Management: Create and maintain IPs for Raw Materials, Bulk, and Components; Acquire analytical specifications from databases; Certification-Decertification maintenance; Manage QC-QA of Bulk within PF/SF IP; SCOOP IP Management and Sub-contracting test management.
  • Auditing & Reporting: Audit Master Data for accuracy; Amadeus Error Reporting; New Item Code Report and Tracking; Internal Auditing; Raw Material Tare Validation.
  • Operational Support: Maintenance of contract manufacturing Blue Book Platform; FlexNet and SAP LBO; End of Life management; Health of Inventory monitoring.
  • Quality Systems Administration: Serve as IT systems administrator and trainer for Quality; Manage Non-Conformance, Document Control, Change Management, Deviations, and Industrial Feasibility projects.
