The L’Oreal Dermatological Beauty Social Brand Manager will be part of the Marketing team, with matrix to the Digital team (A&I Manager) and will closely work with Corporate Advocacy, Corporate Affairs & Engagement, LDB Medical, Marketing, Commercial & Training departments. 

The LDB Social Brand Manager will lead and monitor 2 external agencies: A&I agency and the Community Management agency;

 BRAND EQUITY

From DMI vision, strategize the Brand Social Strategy O+O (media and A&I): Paid, Owned, Earned, Always ON

In collaboration with the Marketing team, assist with the creation and presentation of Social Media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns based on customer social media analytics; Provide intermediate results to further implement learnings;

  • In accordance with the Brand’s image, select the best platforms for social media presence & reaction, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Linkedin etc. 
  • Create and implement Always ON Social Media Marketing campaigns across the main social media platforms;
  • Keep up to date on social media trends and best practices, educating internal and external stakeholders (marketing – real time & content creators by briefs)
  • Monitor competitors’ communication and initiatives & propose fresh ideas to put LDB brands into the spotlight. Relay these topics to the organization.
  • Support other departments (commercial, medical, training, BD, digital) to boost visibility through all Media (social media, tv, print, ooh, radio) in order to contribute to turnover.
  • Support and collaborate with all Social Brand Managers to boost LDB’s visibility through content creators (multi-brand/ multi-div campaigns).
  • Define KPIs, implement & use reporting tools (dashboards) to monitor campaigns’ performances (Traackr, MIM, PowerBI, Sprinklr etc.) 
  • Ensure legal & GDPR compliance in all actions.


CONSUMERS’ MANAGEMENT

  • Support and supervise the Community Management agency in their day-to-day communication with LDB consumers. Monitor their activity in the social media community management software, ensure KPIs reach (reply rate, avg. response time, engagement, correct case categorization).
  • Find new ways and communities where LDB can be present to educate and recruit. Engage and penetrate conversations to become top of mind.
  • Participate in the development of real-time marketing content, based on social media listening, flagging opportunities and formulating plans with internal and external stakeholders. Create solutions to be top of mind in LDB categories and create overview reports to fuel insight development.
  • Collaborate with medical and training teams to leverage expertise into the Social Media channels;


A&I STRATEGY AND EXECUTION

  • Plan the Advocacy strategy (B2B, B2B2C) together with the Advocacy Lead and present it to the marketing team from approval.
  • Create strategical approaches to each campaign by selecting content creators in accordance with the marketing directions and needs and translating them into schematic plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the most relevant advocates, helping on the medicalization of the brands and increasing the reach through engaging the best suited content creators for campaigns.
  • Continue to follow & discover content creators (influencers & HCPs) and tribes, groups, communities in social networks. Responsible of Content Creators’ Value Match.
  • Paid campaigns: lead and implement projects starting with the negotiation and up to the final results and learnings, guiding and monitoring the A&I agency. 
  • Earned campaigns: lead and implement send-out, RAOK, Realtime projects, starting with the creative brief up to the final results and learnings, guiding and monitoring the A&I agency.
  • PR & Advocacy physical events (PR events, PR launches, Press Trips, Shootings): create the concept and the visibility activations together with the A&I Manager; implement and amplify them in Social Networks, under the coordination of the marketing team; 

 REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in actively managing a brand or company's Social Media Programs
  • Similar experience, minimum 3 years
  • Knowledge of top social media platforms including usage, demographics and marketing opportunities
  • Knowledge of social media best practices and LEGAL + GDPR guidelines
  • Good presentation & negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in data analytics
  • Very strong verbal/written communication skills in both Romanian and English 
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office package (Power Point, Excel, Word )
