KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

DRIVES PAID MEDIA & PERFORMANCE

  • Develop paid social strategies across key platforms and fit all formats.
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

CONTENT AMPLIFICATION & DRIVE CAMPAIGNS

  • Conceptualize and oversee the creation of engaging content.
  • Identify high-performing organic content and strategically amplify it through paid promotion, expanding reach and maximizing engagement.
  • Use social listening to spot trends and insights, craft data-driven campaigns, and empower creators to develop compelling content that aligns with brand messages.

BUILDS & MANAGE CREATOR COMMUNITIES

  • Strategically identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with a diverse range of creators (top-tier to micro-influencers), tailoring strategies to each group.

CREATE & AMPLIFY BRAND EXPERIENCES

  • Design and execute impactful online and offline experiences (events, trips, etc. for creators only) that resonate with target audiences and encourage creators to share their experiences for wider reach.

PERFORMANCE-DRIVEN CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

  • Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation.
  • Manage paid creator relationships, ensuring clear communication, deliverables, and performance tracking.
  • Continuously track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform campaign adjustments and drive superior results.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience:
    • 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in social media marketing and influencer management, preferably within an agency setting or a fast-paced brand environment (FMCG experience is a plus).
    • Proven track record in developing, executing, and optimizing strategic paid social media campaigns across various platforms.
    • Demonstrated experience in identifying, recruiting, nurturing, and managing relationships with diverse creators (top-tier to micro-influencers).
    • Experience in content strategy, amplification, and utilizing social listening for data-driven campaign development.
    • Proficiency in budget management, performance tracking, and reporting with a strong emphasis on ROI.
    • Experience in designing and executing online and offline experiences specifically for creators.
  • Qualifications & Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
    • Highly analytical and results-driven mindset, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and continuous improvement.
    • Expert-level knowledge of social media trends, platforms, and their advertising ecosystems.
    • Fluency in social listening techniques and proficiency with relevant tools.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and relationships effectively in a dynamic environment.
