WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

  • Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators.
  • Panaroma tool management in term of product/customer related data and distributor sales operations.
  • Distributor monthly closing and reconciliation of sell in/sell out/stock data.
  • Division price definition tracking in SAP and Panaroma.
  • Field tracking system, Panaroma Quest, management and preparation sales excellence reports.
  • Bonus calculation of account management and field sales team in order to share with HR Payroll team.
  • Take project based responsibility and demonstrate close follow up with internal/external stakeholders
  • Work for system efficiency & data accuracy 

 

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

 

  • 4 years’ university degree, preferably Industrial / Computer / Business Administration Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of experience preferably gained in FMCG industry
  • Advanced level of Excel
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI, QlikView will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Good communication and presentation ability
  • Excellent communication skills in English
