Overview:

This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic brand plans for YSL Fragrance within the Polish and Baltic markets. The Senior Brand Manager will leverage data-driven insights to drive brand growth, build consumer engagement, and maximize profitability across all channels, with a particular focus on e-commerce and digital strategies. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including global marketing, communications, sales, and finance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Brand Management:
    • Develop and implement long-term, data-driven brand strategies for YSL Fragrance in the Polish and Baltic markets.
    • Build deep consumer knowledge and conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
    • Develop annual brand plans, incorporating online and offline (O+O) principles to drive consumer engagement.
    • Oversee pricing and distribution strategies.

  • Marketing Execution:
  • Plan and execute 360 integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, emphasizing digital and influencer engagement.
  • Implement global communication materials, adapting them for local relevance.
  • Manage allocated A&P budgets, tracking ROI and profitability.
  • Collaborate with communications and engagement teams to build immersive brand experiences.


  • Product Lifecycle Management:
    • Manage the product lifecycle, from new fragrance launches to animating existing product lines.
    • Lead forecasting for new launches, using competitor benchmarking and collaborating with Supply Planning and Sales.
    • Monitor product performance, analyze sales data, and optimize product assortment.


  • E-commerce Acceleration:
    • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to accelerate brand growth in this crucial channel.
    • Optimize online brand presence and use digital marketing tactics to drive online sales.


  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Collaborate with global marketing, communications, sales, finance, and agencies.
    • Build relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicate brand strategies.

  • Have experience in Brand/Product management or at position where power brands are part of your everyday work.
  • Have passion, interest in and understanding of luxury brand management environment.
  • Are experienced in and have proven success in driving local relevancy for the brand especially in advocacy and digital area.
  • Are experienced in leading data driven brands and have strong market data analytical skills.
  • Are/have been working in an international environment and managing complexity is a part of your everyday work.
  • Believe in the potential of digital and e-commerce and have a will to further develop your skills in this field.
  • Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking.
