Job Summary

As the Assistant/Store Manager for YSL Beauty, you will play a vital role in driving sales, elevating the client experience, and fostering a high-performing team. You will support in all aspects of store operations, ensuring that the YSL brand image is upheld to the highest standards. Your leadership, business acumen, and passion for beauty will contribute significantly to the success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance & Team Leadership: Achieving and exceeding store sales targets. Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve individual sales goals.
  • Client Experience Elevation: Ensure that all clients receive a luxurious and personalized YSL Beauty experience. 
  • Operations Management & Visual Merchandising: Managing daily store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and visual merchandising. 
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including reporting, inventory reconciliation, and communication with head office.
  • Brand Representation & Event Support: Represent YSL Beauty at store events and promotional activities. Embody the brand's image and values in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for beauty and cosmetics, with a strong understanding of current trends and techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Alignment with the YSL brand image and values.
