【岗位职责】

 1.课程开发&体系搭建: 基于电商客服各板块实际情况,开发符合业务场景的通用课程,如店铺精细化管理、电商客服服务、内训师业务带教技能、外包管理等课程。 

2.质培体系搭建及质培跟进: 能够基于线上电商客服实际业务场景协助培训经理完成搭建质培体系、电商客服服务水平测评体系等工作,输出报告反馈业务部门推动电商客服服务能力水平提升。 

3.组织培训需求调查,分析培训需求,撰写培训大纲,并协助培训经理完成培训项目。 

【任职要求】 

1、本科学历,3年及以上培训工作经验; 

2.有电商客服培训经验,能独立开发讲授培训课程,执行培训项目; 

3、有较强的创新意识和学习能力,具备较强的表达能力、写作能力、沟通能力和统筹协调能力; 

4、性格开朗,亲和力佳,责任心强,良好的逻辑思维和文化素养和项目推动能力。
